When you want to assess the cost of data migration from Marketo or try an actual data transfer, the first step is to connect your source portal to the Estimator or MigrateMyCRM. Actions are very similar in both cases.

2. Follow these steps to get the REST API Endpoint
Open your Marketo user interface
And find the Endpoint in the REST API box:
3. Get the REST Client ID & Secret
You would need to create a user and assign a role to grant access for object calculation:
Click the Roles tab, and then New Role:
Click on “Access API” and select all:
Go back to the Users tab and click Invite New User.
Give your user a descriptive name and an email address that indicates that it is an API user, and click Next
Select a role we previously created, then click Next and Send “Welcome message”
Next, go to the Admin menu and click LaunchPoint
Click New Service
Give your service a descriptive name and select Custom from the Service dropdown menu. Give it a description, then select your new user from the API Only User dropdown menu and click Create:
After you’ve created User > click View Details
Here are your Client ID and Client Secret to paste into the Estimator tool:

4. Once you have entered the required details, click Connect, then Start to run your Marketo Assets calculation
