Overview
Starting February 10, 2026, SyncMatters introduces updates to its Migration Wizard pricing policy. These changes are designed to provide greater flexibility, improved project control, and more efficient migration execution for both end users and partners. The updated structure includes a Basic Migration Plan and optional advanced migration features with flexible pricing based on your migration scope.
Wizard Migration – Basic Plan
The Basic Migration Plan includes 10 migration runs, and pricing is based on the number of records being migrated. Full pricing details are available at our website.This plan is suitable for standard CRM migration projects where a full dataset transfer is required without additional customization.
Optional Migration Features
To provide more control and optimization options, the following features can be added to your Basic Migration Plan.
Data Filtering
This feature allows you to migrate only selected records based on defined filter criteria. It helps reduce the number of records transferred and can lower the total migration cost. The price is calculated as 10% of the Basic Migration price (without filters). More details are available here.
Update Matched (Merged) Records
This option updates records that already exist in the target system and were matched during migration. . Normally, when you just match duplicates ahead of running your migration, the matched records are excluded of the migration price calculations. However, when you decide to update matched records, we add their count to basic migration price calculation. When the feature is selected, you receive 5 additional migration runs on top of the 10 included in the Basic Plan, allowing multiple updates of merged records as needed. Update Properties
This feature allows you to change field mappings post migration and request selective updates to previously migrated objects fields without deleting existing migration results. All other migrated data remains intact. The price of this feature is a fixed cost of $149.
Delta migration
This feature allows you to migrate data that has been added or modified in the source CRM since the last full migration date. It is designed to help capture incremental changes during the transition period. When selecting this option, you receive 5 additional migration runs, allowing you to perform delta migration up to 5 times to ensure all recent team changes are successfully transferred, The feature price is calculated as 15% of the Basic Migration price. https://support.migratemycrm.com/final-optional-stage-delta-migration.
