Can I rerun my full migration?
Yes, depending on your current plan, remaining time, and available migration attempts, you can rerun your full migration from scratch—either with the same settings or adjusted ones.
How to Check Your Plan Details
To see whether you're eligible to rerun your migration:

Visit your account dashboard at https://migratemycrm.syncmatters.com

Navigate to the Plans section.
Here, you'll find key information such as:

Your plan's expiration date

The number of full migration runs remaining
Important Restrictions
While rerunning a migration is allowed, please note the following limitations:

You cannot change the source or target CRM portal ID.

You cannot change the type of CRM (e.g., from HubSpot to Salesforce, or vice versa).
To change either of these, you'll need to start a new migration project and purchase a new migration plan.
