To find your Insightly CRM API Key, you need to access your personal profile settings within your account. Insightly automatically generates an API key for every user based on their unique identity and permissions.
Follow these sequential steps to locate and copy it:
- Log in to your Insightly CRM account.
- Click on your profile icon or avatar located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select User Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down to the API (or API Key) section at the bottom of the page.
5. Locate the value labeled Your API key and click the Copy button to save it to your clipboard
Note: If you ever need to reset this token for security reasons, you can also generate a new one directly from this section.
