You can find your Solve CRM API Token by logging into your account, navigating to Settings, and selecting My Account.
- Click the More link in the top-right corner of the screen, then select My Account from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the API Token section/tab to view and copy your unique token.
(Note: If you are looking for a Forethought Solve AI token for platform configurations like Gainsight, log into the Forethought Control center and check under your AI/Search Agent settings instead).
