The number of records in your current CRM directly affects the cost of your migration. To get an accurate price estimate for your upcoming migration, we recommend using our Estimator tool.
By connecting your source and selecting a type of your target CRM, you’ll receive a record count and an estimated migration cost. Uncheck the objects you don't want to migrate to refine the price assessment.
Key Points to Know
- Secure & Free Connection
Connecting your CRM to the Estimator is completely free and secure. Neither our team nor third parties will have access to your data. - Parent Objects for Activities
If you plan to migrate only activities (such as emails, notes, and attachments), you must also match their parent objects (contacts, companies, deals, or tickets) during the actual migration. This will ensure that activities are transferred correctly. Matched records won’t increase the cost of your migration, so there is no need to select them when you calculate the records number in the Estimator.
Pro Tip: Reduce Migration Costs with Filters
The MigrateMyCRM wizard allows you to apply filters to reduce the number of records and lower your migration cost. For example:
- Exclude data older than 10 years.
- Remove tiny images from email signatures out of the file bunch.
By setting filters, you’ll receive an updated record count reflecting the refined scope of your migration. Pay attention that the filter feature is available in the migration tool, not in the Estimator.
* Additional note
If your source CRM is Pipedrive or Freshsales, we can only retrieve correspondence from users whose API tokens are uploaded to our system. We recommend adding the tokens to the Estimator as well because they affect the accessibility of your manager's emails for migration. Every API token increases the number of records we can capture, so uploading the complete list will give you the whole picture of your scope of work.
