How do I find my Zendesk API token?
To create an API token, you must be an administrator, and API token access must be turned on in your account.
Follow the instruction below to generate your API token:
- Go to the Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select APIs > API tokens.
A list of API tokens appears.
- Click Add API token and enter a Description for the token (if needed).
- Once you click Save, the token will be generated and displayed:
- Copy the value and paste it in the wizard.
Note: When you click Save to close this window, the full token will never be displayed again, so you may also want to save it in a file on your PC for future reference..
