How do I grant permissions to access additional objects in HubSpot?
MigrateMyCRM does not request access to certain additional HubSpot objects—such as Appointments, Listings, Courses, Services, and Projects—during the initial connection. This is because HubSpot typically sends separate approval emails when access to these objects is requested. Since many users don’t need these objects, the app does not prompt for their permissions by default when you connect HubSpot as your target CRM.
If you do need to map data to one of these objects, you’ll need to reconnect your HubSpot account with the appropriate permissions enabled. To do this, go back to the Connect Platforms step, select your new platform, and reconnect HubSpot—this time ensuring the required objects from the list are selected.

Once you reconnected your new platform with permission to access an additional object, at the next step Objects mapping click Refresh objects:
