From the Login Screen and Dashboard
- Web Browser URL: Look at your browser's address field when logged in; the unique handle or cloud name appears as part of the web address (e.g.,
https://[server]://).
- Account Dashboard: If you have multiple databases, log in to my.act.com to view the database list on your home page or account dashboard.
From Inside an Open Database
- Browser Tab: The name of your active cloud database often appears directly at the top of the browser tab.
- About Act! Menu:
- Login to your Act! Cloud account first.
- Select in the help menu: "About Act!":
3. You can copy then the database name:
