How to migrate CRM data from ACT CRM?

There are two ways to perform Act! data migration depending on the CRM edition:

  • Custom Migration - means that the SyncMatters team will handle most steps in the migration process. This option is available for all editions of Act!, cloud-based or on-premises.
  • Self-service CRMMigration whenyou perform data transfer on your own by using the robust migration wizard. This option is applicable only for the Premium (web-based) version of Act!
