HubSpot is connected, but some objects are missing from the Objects step

Why this happens

Your HubSpot user permissions may not allow access to certain objects. This most often affects objects tied to billing or revenue data (for example, invoices, payments, or subscriptions) when the person connecting isn't a Super Admin. When you reconnect HubSpot to grant access to new scopes, those objects may still show as locked.

How to fix it

  1. Ask a HubSpot Super Admin to open Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps.
  2. Select SyncMatters Migrations | MigrateMyCRM, then open Data permissions.

  3. Turn on access for the objects you need to migrate.
  4. Return to the migration tool and reconnect HubSpot.
  5. At the Objects step, click Refresh objects.

The newly authorized objects should now be available for mapping, both as a source and as a destination.
