I have pending records after migration. How can I get more details?

If you're seeing pending records after completing your migration, it means some data couldn’t be transferred successfully. Here’s how to identify the issue and take the right steps to resolve it.

Pending records usually occur due to:

  • Missing or incomplete information in the source CRM

  • Mapping issues during setup

  • Validation rules or required fields in the target CRM

  • Other data conflicts or formatting problems

How to Review and Troubleshoot Pending Records

Follow these steps to investigate the cause of your pending records:

1. Open Migration Details

2. See Pending Records Per Object

  • You’ll see a list of all migrated objects

  • In the Pending column, you’ll see the number of records that didn’t migrate

  • Click "Details" next to the object you want to investigate

3. Filter and Review Messages

  • On the details page, filter by Status = Pending

  • Look at the Messages column for each record

  • Click the error icon next to a record to view full details

This will show you any errors, warnings, or notices related to that record—these can help you understand if the issue is due to:

  • Incorrect or missing mappings

  • Incomplete data in your source CRM
