      Smart Data Search / Smart Contact Data isn't migrated from Pipedrive

      When you migrate data from Pipedrive CRM to another CRM and review the migrated results, you may notice the values from the Smart Data Search / Smart Contact Data section did not migrate.

      The Smart Contact Data isn't something your managers entered or exported to Pipedrive. This is a CRM feature that finds publicly available information associated with a customer’s email address or email domain and drops it right at your fingertips.

      Just so you know, the data from the Smart Data Search / Smart Contact Data section cannot be fetched through the Pipedrive API.  Don't worry - most modern CRMs offer AI-populated fields. There is a high chance that these properties will be automatically re-filled with actual open data in your new CRM.
