How do I pull new CRM fields into the mapping view?

When you add a new field in either your source or target CRM, it won’t automatically appear in the data mapping wizard. To update the list and retrieve the new field, follow these simple steps:

  1. Save your current changes if the save icon is green.

  2. Click the "Refresh Fields" button located in the top horizontal menu.refresh felds

    Note: Refreshing your browser page will not have the same effect.

  3. The new field should now appear in the Unmapped Fields section.
