      What is a Guided Migration?

      Upgrade your self-service migration with our Guided Migration Add-On, which includes five hours of personalized support from a dedicated Data Migration Specialist (DMS). This service is ideal for clients who want expert guidance throughout critical stages of the migration process, including:

      • Object and field mapping

      • Record matching

      • Reviewing sample and full migration results

      What’s Included:

      • All features available in MigrateMyCRM

      • 5 hours of dedicated assistance from a Data Migration Specialist
        (Additional hours available at $175/hour)

      • Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks

      • Price: MigrateMyCRM base fee for the records transfer + $875

      Important Notes:

      • You are responsible for providing access to both your source and target CRMs with the required permissions.

      • Our DMS may ask you for temporary access to your CRM interfaces to facilitate quality assurance. If access can’t be granted, no problem — we can still complete most of the data review process.

      • You may request a report detailing time spent vs. remaining hours at any stage of the project.

      • If either of your CRMs is not among the supported platforms, Guided Migration may not be suitable. In that case, we recommend contacting us for a custom migration estimate.
