What is a Record?
Defining a record in MigrateMyCRM terminology
By "record," we refer to any individual entry such as a contact, note, account, lead, opportunity, task, activity, or attachment.
For instance, if you have a single contact accompanied by ten notes, this would total eleven distinct records.
For example:
Your current CRM has:
- 1 account
 - 2 tasks
 - 3 emails
 - 2 notes
 

In summary, you have 1 account + 2 tasks + 3 emails + 2 notes = 8 records
